Through our research we discovered that the flexibility challenges are different for a beginner, intermediate and advanced students when looking to master an Open Front Split. And that is why there is a separate program for different levels.

Based on the science of Kinesiology we’ve discovered that an Intermediate student will need to have different muscles developed in order to progress from 135 degrees to a Full 180 Degree Split, and that is why Paul Zaichik has put together an Intermediate program specifically for those students who have been working on their splits for a while but still can’t seem to get to a 180 degree flat split.

Our system is the only system that can do this because we isolate muscles using the Zaichik Stretching Techniques instead of trying to stretch them all together at once.
