About Kody Ashmore

Kody could be described as a “Jack of all trades.” He joined the United States Marine Corps as a rifleman while still in high school. During his time in the USMC, he served two tours in Iraq, completed numerous courses, and received numerous awards and medals. Kody went to school to become a paramedic after leaving the USMC. He worked as a field medic, paramedic instructor, and even a flight medic after becoming a paramedic. Kody then decided to combine both professions and began working as a tactical medic for the United States Government in various “High Threat” locations. While Kody was away, he wanted to find a way to make money for himself. After all, he was expecting his first child and needed to find a way to make a decent living with his hard-earned money.
That’s when he became interested in swing trading options. The ability to manage risk based on position size and the low capital requirement to make significant gains drew Kody to swing trading options. He sought to become a Prop Trader for a firm after mastering swing trading in order to further leverage his capital. Kody began trading firm capital in 2016 and has been doing so ever since. Kody’s main goal in trading is to be able to generate a weekly income to supplement his income. Trading has always piqued his interest in the short term. Kody aims to actively pay himself on a weekly basis while managing risk.
