Even more challenging for a new real estate investor just starting out is that — unlike years ago when you could get in with “no cash and no credit” investing strategies — in order to be able to compete as an investor, you have to put some cash down into your real estate deals if you’re going to “beat out” or “compete with” more seasoned real estate investors.

Plus…the economy is starting to ramp up quickly. Yes, we’re pulling out of our recession very quickly. In some areas of the country, we’re not in a recession at all (such as in areas like Southern California where I live).
