Sohee Lee is an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning specialist, female-centered health coach and author whose approach to fitness is all about balance. She holds a masters degree in health psychology and specializes in the art of creating healthy habits and, more importantly, sticking to them. Her workouts are no-nonsense, evidence-based strength training designed to keep you progressing no matter what equipment you have on hand. When it comes to nutrition, she works to help clients and social media followers improve their relationships with food and avoid potentially harmful effects of outdated diet strategies.
